TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Conditions- Digital File: Only the digital file is purchased; the printed version is not included.- Publication: Once the work is paid for and delivered, I can share the commission on my social media and I can:- Publish/show the image anywhere (giving you appropriate credit as the owner of the characters).- Promote myself with it on any site.- Offer the digital files on educational websites.- Download and Backup: You will find the illustration ready for download in your email or Discord. I am not responsible if it is lost or deleted, so please make sure to back it up.- Style Changes: My art evolves over time, so there may be small differences between what you see in my gallery and the final illustration.- Commercial Use: You cannot reproduce the illustration for commercial purposes unless you pay for that right.- Color Modification: Even if the reference provided for your character has a specific color palette, I will likely modify it slightly to fit my style (it’s just a subtle change).- Modifications: You cannot change, modify, trace, or use my work without permission.- Attribution: You cannot remove my signature or claim credit for the illustration.2. Payment and Refund Policy
Terms and Conditions:- By commissioning a work, you automatically accept these terms and agree not to request refunds.- I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch, I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the lineart stage, no refunds will be given.- I require 100% payment before starting to work on your order.
Payment should only be made once I confirm that I have accepted your commission. Never send me payment until I confirm I’ve accepted your order. If you do, it will be canceled.- Once the last transaction is completed, if you feel I have done good work and want to thank me, you may leave a tip on my PayPal; I will always be grateful!- Payment will be made through an invoice in PayPal or, if applicable, a bank transfer for people in Mexico.- You have no right to cancel or request a refund once I have received the full payment and delivered the illustration. Doing so will cancel your rights to the work.- If you request a refund, you will lose all rights to any image or service I have done for you, and you grant me the right to sell such images to other clients. You will be blocked, losing the opportunity to purchase my art again.- Any rule is subject to change if the details are discussed with me before accepting and starting the commission.3. Prices and TAT (Estimated Delivery Time)- I reserve the right to adjust the price if you request a high level of detail in the illustration.- Delivery Time: The delivery time can range from 1 to 4 weeks or more, depending on the complexity of the piece. (I will provide an approximate time of how long I may take.)- If anything occurs that delays the order, I will inform you.- You can ask about the status of your order at any time.- If you need the commission to be finished by a certain date, it is your responsibility to inform me of this in advance.4. Revisions and Changes
Main Changes:ILLUSTRATION:- I will make a maximum of 2 major changes (such as changing outfits, background in case of complex backgrounds, or any other significant change that requires me to redraw part of the image) at no additional cost.- After the second major change, I may refuse to continue making changes or charge you an additional fee for each change.- Once the illustration is finished, I can make small color adjustments or add extra details if necessary.T.O.S FOR CHARACTER DESIGN- I will need brief information about the character you have in mind: name, age, or simply a small description to capture the essence of the character.- Try to provide concise and key references of the idea you have in mind: references on clothing, hair, or minimal design details.- Once we have chosen the final version of the character, there will be no further changes. The entire design phase (both phases) is the time to make changes.- Once the final design is completed and delivered, you will have the rights to use the character for personal use, unless we have agreed upon and made the respective payment for commercial use.- The copyright of the design remains with me as the creator, meaning I can use the design in my portfolio or as an example of my work (unless otherwise agreed).- For the commercial use of these characters, an economic agreement will be reached depending on the commercial use you intend to give.- The character design includes a small reference sheet + the PNGs of each illustration separately.- I may or may not add extras (such as simple sketches) if I like the design.WORKING PROCESSINITIAL PHASE:- With the provided information, I will proceed to create between 2 and 4 silhouettes or initial sketches. The exact number will depend on the clarity of the information received and the complexity of the design. These sketches will serve as a starting point to explore different options and directions.- Once the sketches are presented, you will have the opportunity to select the design that appeals to you most. Based on your choice, we will move on to the next phase, which will focus on refining the design.REFINEMENT:- In this phase, I will make between 2 and 3 additional sketches, refining details such as posture, proportions, clothing, and other visual aspects, with the goal of getting closer to the final character.- Adjustments will be made throughout the process to ensure the design meets your expectations, always taking your feedback and suggestions into account.

1. Condiciones GeneralesArchivo digital: Solo se compra el archivo digital; no se incluye la versión impresa.- Publicación: Una vez que el trabajo se paga y se entrega, puedo compartir la comisión en mis redes sociales y puedo:- Publicar/mostrar la imagen donde quiera (dándote el crédito apropiado como propietario de los personajes).- Promocionarme con ella en cualquier sitio.- Ofrecer los archivos digitales en sitios con fines didácticos.- Descargar y hacer una copia de seguridad: Encontrarás la ilustración lista para descargar en tu email o Discord. No me hago responsable si se pierde o se borra, así que por favor asegúrate de hacer una copia de seguridad.- Cambios de estilo: Mi arte evoluciona con el tiempo, por lo que puede haber pequeñas diferencias entre lo que ves en mi galería y la ilustración final.- Uso comercial: No puedes reproducir la ilustración con fines comerciales a menos que pagues por ese derecho.- Modificación de colores: Incluso si la referencia proporcionada de tu personaje tiene una paleta de colores específica, probablemente los modifique ligeramente para que se ajusten a mi estilo (es solo un cambio sutil).- Modificaciones: No puedes cambiar, modificar, calcar o utilizar mi trabajo sin permiso.- Atribución: No puedes eliminar mi firma ni atribuirte el mérito de la ilustración.2. Política de Pago y Reembolso
Términos y condiciones:- Al encargar una obra, aceptas automáticamente estas condiciones y te comprometes a no solicitar devoluciones.- Puedo devolver el 100% del pago solo si no he empezado a trabajar en el boceto. Una vez que haya comenzado el boceto, puedo devolver el 50% del pago. Una vez que llegue a la etapa de lineart, no habrá reembolsos.- Exijo el 100% del pago antes de comenzar a trabajar en tu pedido.
El pago solo debe realizarse si acepto hacer tu comisión. Nunca me envíes un pago hasta que confirme que acepté tu pedido. Si lo haces, será cancelado.- Una vez finalizada la última transacción, si crees que he hecho un buen trabajo y quieres agradecerme, puedes dejar una propina en mi Paypal, ¡siempre estaré agradecida!- El pago será realizado a través de una invoice/factura en PayPal o, en su defecto, transferencia bancaria para las personas en México.- No tienes derecho a cancelar o solicitar un reembolso una vez que haya recibido el pago completo y entregado la ilustración. Hacerlo provocaría la cancelación de tus derechos sobre la obra.- Si realizas una petición de devolución del pago, perderás todos los derechos sobre cualquier imagen o servicio que haya hecho para ti, además me otorgas el derecho de vender dichas imágenes a otros clientes. Serás bloqueado, perdiendo así cualquier oportunidad para volver a comprar mi arte.- Cualquier regla está sujeta a cambios si se discuten los detalles conmigo antes de aceptar y realizar el encargo.3. Precios y TAT (Tiempo de Entrega Aproximado)- Me reservo el derecho de ajustar el precio si solicitas un nivel de detalle muy alto en la ilustración.- Tiempo de entrega: El plazo de entrega puede estar entre 1 y 4 semanas o más, dependiendo de la complejidad de la pieza. (Te proporcionaré un tiempo aproximado del tiempo que puedo tardar).- Siempre que ocurra algo que retrase el pedido, te informaré.- Puedes preguntar sobre el estado de tu pedido en cualquier momento.- Si necesitas que la comisión se termine en una fecha determinada, es tu deber comunicarme dicha información con antelación.4. Revisiones y Cambios
Cambios Principales:- ILUSTRACIÓN:- Haré un máximo de 2 cambios importantes (como cambiar los trajes, el fondo en caso de fondos complejos, o cualquier otro cambio significativo que me haga volver a dibujar parte de la imagen) sin costo adicional.- A partir del segundo cambio importante, puedo negarme a continuar haciendo cambios o cobrarte una tarifa adicional por cada cambio.- Una vez terminada la ilustración, puedo hacer pequeños retoques de color o añadir detalles extra si es necesario.T.O.S PARA DISEÑO DE PERSONAJES- Necesitaré información breve sobre el personaje que tienes en mente: nombre, edad, o simplemente una pequeña descripción para captar la esencia del personaje.- Intenta dar referencias concisas y clave de la idea que tienes en mente: referencias sobre vestimenta, cabello, o detalles mínimos del diseño.- Una vez hayamos elegido la versión final del personaje, no habrá cambios. Toda la fase de diseño (las dos fases) es la adecuada para hacer cambios.- Una vez completado y entregado el diseño final, tendrás los derechos para usar el personaje para uso personal, a menos que se haya acordado y realizado el respectivo pago para uso comercial.- Los derechos de autor del diseño siguen siendo míos como creador, lo que significa que puedo utilizar el diseño en mi portafolio o como ejemplo de mi trabajo (a menos que se acuerde lo contrario).- Para el uso comercial de estos personajes, se llegaría a un acuerdo económico dependiendo del uso comercial que vayas a darle.- El diseño del personaje incluye una pequeña ficha/referencia + los PNGs de cada ilustración por separado.- Puedo o no agregar extras (como sketches sencillos) si el diseño es de mi gusto.MODO DE TRABAJOFASE INICIAL:- Con la información proporcionada, procederé a crear entre 2 y 4 siluetas o bocetos iniciales. El número exacto dependerá de la claridad de la información que se haya recibido y de la complejidad del diseño. Estos bocetos servirán como un punto de partida para explorar diferentes opciones y direcciones.- Una vez presentados los bocetos, tendrás la oportunidad de seleccionar el diseño que más te llame la atención. En base a tu elección, pasaremos a la siguiente fase, que se centrará en la refinación del diseño.REFINAMIENTO:- En esta fase, realizaré entre 2 y 3 bocetos adicionales, refinando detalles como la postura, proporciones, vestimenta y otros aspectos visuales, con el objetivo de acercarnos al personaje final.- Se realizarán ajustes a lo largo del proceso para asegurarnos de que el diseño cumpla con tus expectativas, siempre tomando en cuenta tus comentarios y sugerencias!
